Service rating : Everything was super well handled and looked after/taken care of by them - also without having too many/spammy touch points I might add.

Product : Had an awesome trip, my girlfriend and I both play golf, although for her I wanted to make sure the holiday had that 5* all inclusive feel and access to a beach. Glencore really took that on and made some great options. They also had the thought to book the 1st golf day the second full day of our trip, and then every other day after so we had a good mix of chill and golf. Also (I think) they had the thought to build us up in difficulty, with the last tee time being on our penultimate day on a pga champ course - Aphrodite hills.

This was our first golf trip, and it was just great for me and my partner - will be using again.

Service rating : First Class help from Glencor and all staff were very helpful and fast to respond to any queries i had about the holiday. Easy to contact via phone or email and no issues waiting days for a response, fantastic team.

Product : Glencor stood out when looking to book my first golfing holiday and it was a great choice. The guys who was dealing with me helped me all the way through it and gave me confidence everything would be taken care of. Absolutely fantastic value for money and the golf courses were immaculate with stunning views. The organisation was first class and never had any issues playing or checking in to the hotel. I will definitely be booking my next holiday through Glencor.

Service rating : Four golfers stayed all-inclusive at Hotel Monarque Cendrillon, Fuengirola, recommended by Glencor Golf as where we stayed last year - Sandos Griego hotel, Torremolinos, was booked up. Both similar hotels but the Monarque was the better of the two, with a pleasant outside bar area, and only 100 yards from the beach. Being further down the coast, the travel to the golf courses was a little shorter too. San Miguel beer on tap and whilst the food wasn't five star, for four blokes just needing to be fed and watered it was perfectly acceptable. Friendly staff and clean rooms with a decent shower.

We played 3 rounds - Mijas; Calanova and Lauro. Mijas and Lauro were a little like UK parkland courses - both in good condition. Calanova was also in good condition, and it has to be said a masterpiece of engineering to carve such a place into the mountains - but it is hard work. My advice: unless you are 25 years old; strong and fit; DO NOT play this place without a buggy. You really should play it at least once, whether you will want to play it again, hmmm.

Glencor's chosen company for all of the transfers is 'Simply Shuttles' and this was the second time we've used them and they are terrific. On time; every time.

Special mention to Kyle and Rob with whom most of our trip was booked with could not of been more helpful they got us everything we needed down to the hotel and perfect tee times on three amazing courses all for a very good price so thank again glencor 👍

We are going back next year and will definitely be contacting glencor again to organise our trip ⛳️👍

Service rating : Great service from Glencor as usual, we had to make a few changes to the booking due to our flights being changed this was done easily and without a problem by the guys there.

Product : Glencor organised our golf trip to las Colinas golf and country club we always find there organisation top notch.Thanks to the guys for a good trip and I will book with them again next year.Las Colinas golf course is superb and is easily the best we have played abroad. However the bar and resteraunt were poor with poor service just about every time we used it.Very slow service, bringing wrong orders trying to charge us for drinks we hadn’t had, rude uncooperative and at times ignorant. Out of a score of 5 I would give the golf 5 unfortunately I would only give the bar a 1.

Service rating : We have used Glencor several times now and the latest trip was another example of their excellence. From initial enquiry through to being dropped off at the airport, the whole team and their overseas partners know to look after you with clear and timely communications, making changes to create the perfect package for your group and knowing that they are there if you need them is comfort in itself. Another great trip had by all.
